Managed Service Clients, will already have a remote support agent installed on their device. All clients who are not subscribed to our managed services will use Microsoft's Quick Assist App that is built-in to Windows 10 and 11.

*** Windows will give a warning about download this file, it is a remote support app, and by that nature itself, make the app set off warnings on Windows. It is safe to install and run. After running the installer there is no confirmation when it is complete the installer will just close.
